After your first holiday, it can become easier as you find you don’t need so much like you do at the beginning.
I would always go pack based on how long I am away for and based on the place where we are staying, is there some where you can buy supplies, such as nappies, wipes, baby food etc.
Always take spares in your hand luggage.
